Camp : D Category
Mina : Air-conditioned Tents Furnished with Blankets, Pillows,Mattresses, and Other Basic Needs.
Arafat : Air-conditioned Tents with Basic Amenities like Power, water and Restrooms are Available, with Different options According on the Pilgrims’ Category.
Transport : Arranging for Pilgrims to Travel from Mina to Arafat and back in opulent Busses.
Meals : During the pilgrims’ stay in Arafat and Mina, the Saudi government supplies food and water.
Location : Near Jamarat at the Location Designated by Saudi Authorities.
HILTON CONVENTION Makkah Hotel : Stay comfortably just 200-250 Meters from the Haram, offering you Quick Access to the Mosque for Prayers and Spiritual Fulfillment.
HAYAL PLAZA Madinah Hotel : Enjoy your stay with convenient access to prayers and spiritual activities, approximately 200–250 meters from the Prophet’s Mosque.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR PILGRIMS
- The prices are set and cannot be altered. Every given price is based on one SAR per person. equivalent to 22.60 or less, with the average cost of an economy ticket being about 65,000; pilgrims are responsible for covering any variations.
- GST and TCS are Excluded from the cost.
- The itineraries and dates listed are accurate. If the Hijri calendar changes, the dates shown in English will be final and cannot be altered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the accommodations offered may replace those specified in the contract with other comparable hotels.
- Hajis Will Receive Soft Copies Of Their Air Ticket & Visa In their Whatsapp Groups 24 /48 Hours Prior To Departure.
- Hajis Must Arrive At The Airport 5 Hours Prior To Their Flight & Must Attend The Muzakara Compulsory.
- Flight Meals Are Subject To Airline Policy.
- Once At The Airport In Jeddah, Make Sure None Of Your Luggage Is Left Behind.
- Right In Front Of The Jeddah Airport’s Exit Gate Saudi Government’s Officials Will Check Your Visa Copy & Assist You Till The Bus Transportation That Will Take You To Your Hotel In Makkah.
- Hajis Must Carry & Care For Their Own Baggage To Avoid Baggage Theft Or Mishandling Concerns.
- The Next Available Flight, Subject To Availability Any Additional Expenses Incurred As A Result Of The Flight Delay Meet-&-Assist Workshop Regarding Your Main Itinerary & The Rituals Of The First Umrah.
- By Booking The Economy/Semi Deluxe Package, Guests Acknowledge & Agree To The Terms & Conditions Specified In The Package.
- Guests Understand That The Package Includes Basic Services & That Any Additional Services Or Upgrades Are Not Included & Will Incur Additional Fees.
- When It Comes To Ziyarat Buses & Riyazul Jannah, Punctuality Is Mandatory, If You Miss Any Of Those, Our Group Leader cannot be held accountable.
- You Will Have To Perform Umrah By Yourself.
- Punctuality For Meal Times Is Mandatory.
- Drinking Water Is Not Provided In The Room.
- Room Service Is Available, But You Must Take The Necessary Itemsfrom The Reception.
- Soap, Mug, Bucket, Towel Are Not Provided.
- Please Carry Permanent Marker & Carry Bag For Laundry Cloth.
- If You Have Any Further Questions Or Concerns, Please let The Group Leader Know.
- Guests Are Responsible For Their Own Health & Safety During Their Visit To Saudi Arabia.
- If A Flight Is Cancelled Or Delayed, Passengers Will Be Notified As Soon As Possible & Rebooked On The Next Available Flight, Subject To Availability.
- Any Additional Expenses Incurred As A Result Of The Flight Delay Or Cancellation, Such As Accommodation Or Meals, Maybe Covered By The Airline, Subject To The Termsand Conditions Of The Airline’s Policy.
- The Tour Organizer Is Not Responsible For The Loss Of Luggage & Laundry Related Clothes.
- Laundry service is organized based on tour days, and if haji misses any laundry day, the group leader cannot be held accountable.
- Extra Luggage Over The Permissible Ticket Allowance Will Be Paid By The Pilgrim.
- Hotels in Makkah and Madina in the economy, semi-deluxe, and deluxe categories are subject to availability.
- Makkah & Madina, Ziyarat Schedules Are Subject To Government Approval.
- Badar & Other Ziyarat’s Permission Is Subject To Goverment’s Permission.
- Taif Ziyarat & Other Unmentioned Ziyarat Will Be At Haji’s Own Expense.
- It Is Important To Follow These Guidelines To Ensure A Smooth & Hassle-Free Experience.
Cancellation Policy :
- Bookings Cancelled 45 Days Before Departure will have to bear a Cancellation fee of 20% Booking Amount.
- Bookings Cancelled Within 45 Days of Departure will have to bear a Cancellation fee of 50% Booking Amount.
- Once Visa is Issued there is no Cancellation of Booking.
- No Refund will be Given in this Case.
