1. Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agency’s refund schedule.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Travel Documents:
Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
The agency will assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa issuance.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
4. Itinerary Changes:
The agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary for reasons beyond its control.
Any changes will be communicated to the travelers as soon as possible.
The agency is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes.
5. Health and Safety:
Travelers must ensure they are in good health and fit for travel.
Any medical conditions or special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
The agency is not liable for any health issues that may arise during the trip.
6. Travel Insurance:
It is highly recommended that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
The agency is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that are not covered by travel insurance.
7. Conduct:
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the laws and customs of the host country.
The agency reserves the right to terminate the travel agreement if a traveler’s conduct is deemed unacceptable.
8. Liability:
The agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies).
The agency is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the actions or omissions of these service providers.
9. Force Majeure:
The agency is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, or strikes.
10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the country where the agency is registered.
11. Acceptance of Terms:
By booking with the agency, travelers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
